Engage your students in the challenging yet rewarding field of game design and help them gain practice with key life skills: problem-solving, collaboration and persistence. Workshop participants will get resources to access a wide variety of free/low-cost software as well as helpful tips for getting started. No previous experience needed, since there are many tutorials available and the students will often teach each other. You can incorporate math and literacy skills into the project, and expose students to an exciting career option.
